I told you I'd be back

So let me tell you about how I hopped out my car last night in the rain, not knowing my iPhone was on my lap, and sprinted towards the building in an effort to escape the storm, only to leave my iPhone facing up in a public parking lot in the pouring rain for the next 3 hours.. I get back to my car and come to find that not only did it NOT get stolen, it still works perfectly. Can you believe it?!? :D

Anyway, lets get to the blog.

I should be getting into a photo-shoot soon; likely sometime later this week so I can start getting things rolling for the release of this project.

I'm going to drop my first single sometime in early may..
Oh I need to find a female to model for me in a music video for a day for some $$. N I need a female for a photoshoot (separate from the music video).

Starting with this project (formerly known as spotlight) my music is going to sound a lot more unorthodox. But I like it. It's more on the musical side of "weird" than on the "crazy sounds" side if that makes sense..
This project is going to be extremely different than any mixtape you've ever heard. That's why I can't call it a mixtape. I love the project though.. I'm not trying to be different when I make the tracks.. It's just how I'd like the song to sound. It's definitely a breath of fresh air though. There's a hint of normality in a lot of the songs, some tracks have the feel of a mainstream song but the project is far from it. The project is going to be lyrical but not wordy, and the beats tend to differ in theme...

But keep in mind, I produced all of the beats. :). I dunno.. I love em.. There super left field and extremely different but I can still vibe to them.

Once I mix n master the tracks how I want, then we can talk about a release date, but expect it to be sometime early summer..
I'm really excited for this project guys.. This is the one I'm going to perform.

Speaking of..

I need to start planing tour dates..

I should be back in a few days to talk about the photo shoot and what not..

It's official now

Spotlight is done being written.
The Spotlight project will be renamed.
There will be a new cover photo for the project.
Aprox 17 tracks.
All beats produced by me.
Music videos comin soon.
I'm back on the blog for good.

Jammin Graduation for tonight. Buy your music guys.
Gonna be on here at least twice a week. Got a HUGE surprise for anyone that still cares haha.

Oh n if you're interested in that lifestyle I was talking about last post (see I didn't forget..) I'll explain it in further detail later..

Can't tell you too much else about the spotlight project (mainly because there's not much else left to say) but I can let you know I worked extremely hard on it and I hope you all will enjoy it as much as I do.

I'll update you more as I record the tracks.
